What we keep, where, and why

What you give us

Your company details, the lots and analyses you enter, your buyers' contact details, the offers you send and the replies you forward to Marktender (email, WhatsApp, files, voice notes). We keep them to run the service for you — nothing else.

Where it lives

Database and files are hosted in the European Union (Supabase, Ireland; Vercel, Frankfurt). Data is encrypted in transit and at rest and backed up daily.

Who sees it

Only the people in your workspace. Buyers only see the offer you send them. We never sell, share or use your data to train anything. Replies are read by an AI model (Anthropic) under a contract that forbids training on your data; voice notes are transcribed by Groq under the same terms; email goes through Resend and WhatsApp through Twilio.

Your control

You can export or delete everything at any time by writing to hello@marktender.com. Deleting your workspace removes your data within 30 days, backups included.
