What Marktender is

A tool that helps you send offers, read replies and compare them. It does not buy, sell, broker or guarantee anything. Contracts are between you and your buyer; you decide what to send and what to accept.

Pilot season

During the pilot the service is free. When it becomes paid you will be told at least 30 days in advance and asked to subscribe; nothing is charged without your explicit choice. Monthly plans can be cancelled any time.

Your responsibilities

Use it for your own business, keep your login private, and only forward messages you are entitled to share. Analysis values and prices are yours: check them before an offer goes out.

Our responsibilities

Keep the service running and your data safe as described in the privacy note. The AI reads and ranks replies to help you decide; it can be wrong, so the final word is always yours. We are not liable for losses arising from a trade.

If these terms change you will see the new version here and be told by email.
